In October of 2011, (after 13 years as an LMT) I had the honor of being awarded the "Best of Portland 2011" for Massage Therapy presented by the U.S. Commerce Association. Thank you to all my loyal and appreciated friends, family and clients who helped make this possible.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who has been practicing in the Portland area for over thirteen years. In October of my 13th year I had the honor of being awarded the "Best of Portland 2011" for Massage Therapy presented by the U.S. Commerce Association.

I operate my massage practice with the belief and understanding that each and every body is unique and has specific and personal needs for optiomal health.

Because of this belief system, I listen carefully to what you tell me about your body, it's history and your reasons for coming in for a massage. Wheather it's for some deep much needed therapy or for the relaxation benefits of massage we will work together to develop a treatment plan that will address your specific needs and wants. I will then render services aimed at accomplishing those requests in a manner that is effective, comfortable, enjoyable, and that produces long lasting results.
